How to do it

    Open the form.

    Under Document tools, choose Add a text field and drag wherever people should type, or Add a checkbox and click each box they should be able to tick.

    Download it. The fields can be filled in by anyone who opens the PDF in a PDF reader or a browser.

Good to know

  • The fields are set up here and filled in afterwards: open the downloaded PDF, in PDFOwl or anywhere else, to type into them.
  • Text fields and checkboxes are supported. Dropdown lists and signature fields are not, yet.
